Hurricane Ian and Hurricane Nicole Impact
The Maverick has suffered damage from two hurricanes in the last two months Hurricane Ian and Hurricane Nicole both impacted our high standards for owner and guest comfort and safety.
Construction Update: February 2022
The plan is to have the pool open this week by Friday, the deck will still be limited as they will still be working on the Firepit and outdoor kitchens. We currently are on track to be 100% complete by the end of April – barring any unforeseen issues.

NOTICE: Re-Scheduled Annual Meeting
The Maverick Condominium Association, Inc. has re-scheduled the annual meeting to Saturday, January 15th at 10 a.m. in the owner’s lounge.
Maverick Update: 04/2021
The Deli and the Tiki Hut have passed all the construction inspections and we are now only waiting for the State of Florida to do a final Inspection in the coming couple of weeks!

Please Be Advised: The Maverick Resort is currently having Balcony Restoration done. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors are currently under construction through the end of January 2021.
